The Julia Belle Swain steamboat on the Allegheny River near Freeport, PA.

Notes:
The Julia Belle Swain steamboat was the largest and only side-wheeler to travel up the Allegheny River. The steamboat carried delegates to the Allegheny River Improvement Association annual meeting, around 1897.
