Frank L. France was an amateur photographer from West Middletown Pennsylvania. He was a traveling photographer until 1914 when he entered the motion picture supply business. In this photograph Frank is sitting in the front and wrote “Last Chance Photograph Company” on the glass plate negative. In the center back row is his older brother, Bill France. This photograph is housed in the collection of the Meadowcroft Museum of Rural Life in Avella, PA.
